Today is a good day to review all those resolutions you made at the beginning of the New Year. Why? Because it takes 30 days to form a new habit. If you're still on track, congratulations. If not, it's not too late to get back on track. Perhaps you made too many goals all at once. Maybe, you gave up too soon. Pick your biggest goal and forget about the rest for now and let's see if thirty days from now you can pat yourself on the back.
I'm a big believer in goal stacking. The way it works is you insert a new goal inside another solid habit. For example, every time you brush your teeth for the next 30 days you do leg raises while brushing. The next thing you know is your calves are stronger than ever. Give this a try for the next thirty days and see what happens. Do this every month and you can cross off at least ten of your top resolutions. Have a great day.
