The Marginal Decade

 I came across an interesting doctor from Toronto, Canada who wrote a book, "Outlive."  He talks about the best diet for living longer focusing on food and exercise routines that help you prepare for what he calls, the "marginal decade," the last decade of your life.  He emphasizes what is needed today to make that marginal decade more enjoyable.
