Be careful. Your brain may be bored. Nothing new and exciting happens when your brain decides to go on vacation. You can discover this when you find yourself in monotony. It's as if every day is simply a repeat of the day before. This is dangerous. A lack of new experiences may lead to brain hibernation. It needs stimulation. Consider renovation ideas for your brain that may help you snap out of that sleepy fog encircling your life.
Before you can renovate, take careful inventory of what you do in a day. How do you interact with all five of your senses? Imagine yourself as a puppy. If you could see a new trail for the first time, how would you feel? Would your senses be stimulated? If this can happen to a puppy with limited brain power, what are you capable of? Close your eyes and go to work. Rearrange everything inside your head. Create new imagery. Add some music to help you dance while you're creating. Don't stop with one or two rooms. Your brain has much more potential than you are aware of. Observe what happens to your sense of well-being when you change things up. That puppy inside you will spring to life. Have a great day.
