Sharing Calm With You
Are you having trouble dealing with stress in your life? One of the people helping me to get back on track since my accident introduced me to a site, calm.com, that may be the solution you're looking for. I set up the free app on my phone and use it every morning when I awake. My personal favorite is "7 Days of Calm." Give it a try for seven days and see if this decreases your anxiety levels. I'm surprised how five or ten minutes a day can make a difference. Have a great day.
