Are you holding any grudges today? If so, why? How much time needs to pass before you can let go. Consider what would happen to your sense of well-being if you said, "I forgive you." Keep in mind that the person you are forgiving doesn't necessarily need to be alive. Forgiveness is not really for the person you hurt you; it's for your benefit.
Forgiveness is a lifestyle. Make it a way of life. If you have a big list of grudges, chances are this is causing you pain even when you refuse to acknowledge how this list affects you. Maybe today is a good day to change it up and begin practicing forgiveness. Have a great day.
