Take a look around. What do you see? I bet, if you look closely, you may see some people in distress. It's so easy to get out of balance, like when your wheels get out of alignment. When your anxiety is breaking the posted speed limit you are so stressed that you don't take the necessary time needed to get back to the point where you have balance.
The best thing you can do to help others is to spread some joy. Be the example. Demonstrate how joy can reduce anxiety and stress. Do this consistently and the world around you will change. Have a great day.
