Are you feeling like you're missing out on something in your life? Maybe it's because you're finding yourself in a rut and you can't escape the mundane. For me, the easiest way to break out is to try something new. Read a self-help book. Listen to a podcast. Get outside and spend time with nature. Your brain will relish a new experience.
As for new experiences, I'm loving the opportunity to make friends sitting next to me on airplanes. If they're friendly, I visit. If they don't want me to get in their space, I sleep.
