Your Key to Staggering Long-term Results
Long-term staggering results don't happen overnight. It's a series of little things, like five minutes of exercise. Moment by moment, your small daily improvements add up. I really like this approach because small changes are easier to implement. They allow you an opportunity to get some instant gratification without too much effort. You can build on your achievements and gain some inspiration to keep going.
Think about an area of your life that needs improvement and do something small today that will help you take a step in the right direction. Repeat this daily. Keep asking yourself, "what can I do today that will help me reach my goal?" Have a great day.
