I'm Parched


The French do it.  The Italians do it.  And soon I'm giving it a try.  Last night I bought parchment paper based on a recommendation from a demo person who works at my day job.  She told me she uses parchment paper for all her baking needs.  I'll share more about my experience once I get in some practice time.  I have a feeling this is going to be my new go to method for baking fish.  I watched a couple of YouTube videos this morning to get an idea of how to raise the bar at Casa de Mulligan.  Stay tuned for some cooking tips.  Have a great day.
