You Can Only Lose What You Cling To
You can apply this quote to anything or anyone. I always thought holding on meant being strong. There's a different way to look it and I'm finding it much more rewarding. It's letting go, especially if what you're grasping doesn't belong to you. Your clinging means captivity for whatever you're holding. How would you feel if someone did that to you? Learn to be empty-handed. This is what freedom feels like. It leaves you open to new experiences. Try it. Have a great day.
