Your Morning Quick Start
The first thirty minutes of your morning sets the pace for the rest of the day. Start slowly and you risk falling behind on your tasks. I treat myself to a morning breakfast that gives me all the energy I need to feel like I'm on top of the world. It's a one-two punch that will help you knock out everything on your to do list. Here goes:
