I made a video this morning for friends and family members interested in my caveman smoothie. It's raw and unedited but it fits my primitive albeit crazed schedule. There are new caveman volunteers to assist, a book to complete by May 1, three tennis teams to compete on, a day job, and Mrs. Caveman to cuddle with on subzero nights.
