There's something special about sunrise. Each day is a new beginning. Ask anyone who lived through dark times what they appreciate most about their lives and you will discover much wisdom. For me, it's seeing the light of day. It seems counter intuitive to do what the author suggests in today's quote. Chasing something you cannot catch is a waste of human effort. Plunging into darkness is scary. I've been in that tunnel a long time but I'm out now. I found my sunrise when I headed east. Do not fear the darkness. Trust you will see the light of day.
