The Power of Three

 

The power of two is more of a human way to get things done in our material world.  You can read more about this in an earlier story. There is another power even greater than that we humans have difficulty grasping because it's not of this world.  It's outside our linear concept of time where we only see a beginning and an end.  Imagine if you could go backward or forward in time or be two places at once.  If you could do these things, you would be able to see and do what the power of three does.  

There is a tree outside my hotel room.  It has a tall slender base that extends as high as the 4th floor where my room is located.  This tree splits into three equal branches.  It's nature's way of demonstrating God.  The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are three indivisible parts of the power of three, just like the tree.  They exist outside of time itself.  Jesus says "you can't get to the Father except through me."

 Good luck trying to figure that one out.  Perhaps you can ask the Holy Spirit for assistance.  He happens to be invisible.  I suppose the only one you can see is Jesus because Jesus chose to become visible in order for us to have a shot at joining the family tree.
