What's Your Definition of Crisis?
The Chinese have an interesting way of looking at crisis. They define it with two symbols, danger and opportunity. I like their perspective. Most people only see the danger in our society. I think of my grandparents on my mother's side of the family who saved their money for a rainy day. That day came when the Great Depression hit. They used their savings to pay cash for a home and they never looked back.
I'm fairly certain we will all see a crisis at some point in our lives. Yes, danger will be present. So will opportunity. What's your definition? How will you respond? Whatever you do, don't look back. Have a great day.
