I know. I know. St. Patrick's Month isn't really a month. Neither is Valentine's Month. But it sure does make the first quarter of the year fly by when you devote 28 days to celebrating romance and another 31 to celebrating all things Irish. Three of my sisters were born in St. Patrick's Month and our daughter was born on March 17, a birthday she shares with her second cousin, Patty.
Go ahead. Drink some green beer this month and keep on celebrating St. Patrick's Month all March long. I'm raising my glass of gluten-free beer and offering you an Irish prayer as your St. Patrick's Month toast...
