I'm day dreaming about getting my sleep cycles to the good range soon. My first week of using my new smart watch to track my sleeping is quite revealing. Some say less is more. That doesn't apply to quantity of sleep. I need more hours and I need better quality while I'm sleeping.
In my opinion, the best way to figure out how to improve the quality of your sleep is through feedback. I also believe some kind of interpretation is necessary. I thought the quality of my sleep was based on the number of times I woke up during the night. According to my app, there is a deduction for not getting up. I will share more about this as I experiment with sleep options. Have a great day.
