It happens to all of us. Sometimes our bodies need to slow down. I see this since I'm know longer setting an alarm clock to wake up. Today I slept in an additional sixty minutes, probably because I'm pushing myself in order to prepare for some big moments ahead that require my body to be at a higher level of physical fitness.
A 5:00am start may not seem like slowing down but it is for me. I also skipped my morning exercise. This is a recharge day and my body needs a rest. Stay tuned for more. Have a great day.
