Stop the Insanity in One Step


My favorite definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results.  Favorite solution?  Do things differently.  Use your mulligan wisely.  Your do-over needs careful consideration.  That's what the 45-day caveman food experiment/challenge is all about – doing things differently.  You can do this in one easy step.  Before you take the step, take a look at the insanity in your life.  Step on the scale.  Wrap a measuring tape around your waistline.  Visit your physician for a check-up.  Is some insanity showing up?  You're not alone.  And blending in with all the other people who have big bellies is not the outcome you should desire.

There's a small group of people in my life who decided to stop the insanity.  They took action.  They will tell you the step is not easy but it does stop the insanity if you're willing to change your eating habits for 45 days.  My life is completely changed now that the three-and-a-half sacks of 10 pound potatoes are gone forever.  Now I eat the same foods over and over (fruits, veggies, nuts, beans and seeds) and expect the same healthy results.  One challenging step in the right direction is worth a lifetime of sanity.  Are you in?  Have a great day.
