There's one thing that beats connecting with friends and family in cyberspace – real life, face-to-face contact. That's what I'll be doing for the next ten days. Yes, I'll still have blog posts for you to check out in my absence but I won't be checking in here until I'm back in ten days.
For those of you who are playing Rock, Paper, Caveman, make sure you post your weight loss numbers today and again next Sunday.
