Wind chill temperatures are expected to reach -50º in my neighborhood on Monday night. That won't stop me from pursuing all the dreams I have for the New Year.
Please keep all the people who are struggling in cold weather areas in your prayers. At temperatures like these, car batteries die, power lines overburdened with ice collapse and road travel becomes hazardous.
Check in next week for more updates. Meanwhile, I'm planning to use these cold-weather days and nights to work on my novel. I have a cozy spot right next to the fireplace in my basement. If I happen to get snowed in, that's where I will be. Stay warm!
