Chair Yoga
Mama Bear introduced me and Mrs. Caveman to one of her new discoveries, chair yoga. We sat in the backyard of her Sunnyslope home, the place where I grew up, and followed her exercise routine while basking in the sunshine. A family friend nudged her to give it a try and she's hooked. I can't believe how good it feels to go through the routine, especially when the temperature is in the high 70's. Chair yoga is a great way to relieve stress and stretch your muscles. Try it, you'll like it. Have a great day. I'll be back online soon.
