An Invitation to Meet Jesus

For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them. ~ Matthew 18:20

If you were to make a list of the top ten events you attended in your life, what would they be?  A wedding, a world series game, maybe a family reunion?  Each time you get an invitation, you must make the choice to accept or decline.  Has anyone ever invited you to meet Jesus?

This extraordinary three day event sponsored by my church may be one of the most significant moments in your life.  Past retreat events have been limited to members of our own church, however, our pastor wishes to open the doors to anyone who wishes to attend regardless of denomination, faith or no faith. Non-believers are welcome.  Doubters can come with questions.  People of all backgrounds will come together under one roof.

As one of the presenters, I will be sharing my individual faith journey with you.  Several close personal friends will also be giving talks.  There will be music, food, and fellowship.  Jesus promises when two or three are gathered in His name, He is there.  As a witness to many weekends like the event planned November 11-13, I can testify He is telling the truth.  In fact, many past guests commented they had plans to attend other activities that fell apart at the last minute.  If you find your weekend in November is suddenly free, maybe Jesus is inviting you to meet Him and He is clearing your calendar for you.
