Do You Know Where You're Going?

Detours often frustrate me.  I find myself angry each time I  encounter an obstacle blocking me from achieving a goal.  One day I woke up and realized I was on the wrong road.  Anger and frustration are road signs warning you about where you're headed.

There are road signs for every area of your life.  Pay attention to them and you will be better prepared for your future.

Stress is also a road sign.  If you ignore it, you may become sidelined.  It's your body's way of telling you to change direction or to slow down.

In thirty days, my wife, my youngest son and I will be on the road.  The three of us see the same road signs and we know we are headed in the right direction.  We spent the weekend mapping out a life plan.  We formulated seven key projects we need to develop in order to live our dreams.  The road won't be easy.  It's not supposed to be.  But we will pay careful attention to all the road signs.

How about your road signs?  Do you heed them or ignore them?  Are you satisfied with where you're going.  Leave a comment below if you would like to share about your life's journey.

I agree Mike. I think sometimes we should step back and look at things with some perspective. And if you're intelligent, you should come to the same conclusion that you describe in your post. Makes total sense.
